Admissions (AY 2013-2014)

ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE

1. Acquire and accomplish the Application Form
2. Submit Application Form with the following:
   – 2×2 ID picture (3 copies)
   – high school card
   – certificate of good moral character
   – barangay clearance
   – barangay certification of livelihood of parents
   – long folder
   – long brown envelope
   – long plastic envelope
3. Take Entrance Exam (scheduled every Saturday starting February 16, 2013)
4. Interview with faculty member

SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENTS

In order to qualify for a scholarship during the first semester of first year, an entering student must meet the following requirements:

• High school grade average of 85% or above
• Annual family income of Php 200,000 and below
• Good moral character
• Achieve passing score on CSLLFI entrance exam
